Whether you’re planning to catch up with friends over a three-course dinner or drinks and nibbles, treat yourself to something a little different when you join us at The Polecat Inn.

With an integrated music system and heating control to set the temperature, you’re in control whilst enjoying the usual atmosphere and high-quality service you’ve come to expect when you visit The Polecat Inn.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our OakPods must be booked in advance.

  2. Our OakPods are available to book 7 days a week from morning (9am) until close.

  3. To book and dine in our OakPods a minimum number of 4 guests is required. 

  4. There is no minimum spend requirement and no card details are needed to book. In regard to cancellation, we just ask that you please inform us ahead of your arrival. Please note, this excludes our peak days, where the standard terms & conditions override the above due to an authenticate or deposit being taken to confirm. Peak days are as follows: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day.

  5. At times of inclement weather, the decision may be taken by the team to transfer your booking inside. We will do our best to contact you in advance to make you aware of the change to your booking should this occur.

  6. Unfortunately, our OakPods are not wheelchair accessible and are not able to accommodate highchairs.

  7. Our OakPods are dog-friendly however please note they are limited in space.

  8. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Please note; we add a discretionary service charge to all reservations of 10%. Our team work hard to make your experience special and 100% of gratuities generously given go to the team who prepare, cook and serve you. If you wish to have this removed, please speak with a member of the team.
